Meet Jeen Howell, our Founder & Creator

Jeen Howell, was born in 1983 In San Diego, CA, specifically Southeast San Diego (its definitely not the part of the city they show you in the brochures lol) She attended Johnson Elementary School in Emerald Hills, middle school in Great Lakes, IL at AJ Katzenmaier (1year) and (2years) at Novak King where she graduated. She and her family then moved back to San Diego, where she went to school at Gompers High School until the second semester of her junior year. Her family moved to Danville, VA where she graduated at Tunstall High School where she ran track for the 2 seasons she attended there. Jeen had her 1st daughter at the age of 19 only 5 months after graduated high school and her second child In 2007.  So now that you have a bit of her background let’s talk about her spiritual journey.

First and foremost , Jeen has not only traveled down the road of her spiritual journey, she is still evolving! One of Jeens favorite quotes “The journey never ends as we are forever learning, evolving and unlocking new layers of potential. We are also releasing not only our traumas, but our ancestors and past life traumas” once she began to noice these issue and how they related to her she began to look deeper into the people, situations and beliefs surrounding her. She began her spiritual journey and it made her look and feel much differently about these things. It was hard to relearn what she had been taught,  it was necessary. it started with the first Crystal ever given to her by her partner. It was an Aphopholite Crystal pyramid pendant. Something so small carried so much energy! She was captured by the energy it possessed and shes had a love and attraction to crystals ever since! She started wearing more Crystal jewelry, but it was so expensive she decided to make it herself! That’s how Soulfidence started, her co-workers, friends and even strangers began asking her where she got her jewelry! She was then encouraged to sell her pieces even though she was nervous that no one would buy from her. She was wrong! Whenever she needed something for herself she’s make duplicates. She figured, if “she” needed it (as she stumbled through her spiritual journey) surely others would! Today Soulfidence is a metaphysical shop and she makes all of the jewelry.

Flash forwarding to 2022, she had to have a hysterectomy which led her into her journey as an Energy Healer. The pain from the surgery was so severe the pain medication wasn’t working for her. She turned to her crystals out of frustration with herself, knowing how powerful crystals and intent can be, just not realizing it because she had never used crystals to heal pain, just the daily struggles with stress, anxiety, depression etc. After working with carefully chosen crystals for about a month to support the Sacral chakra she felt what she describes  as “a very sharp pain….it’s what I’d imagine lightening feels like, it hurt like hell!” come from her Solar plexus AND THAT WAS THE LAST TIME SHE FELT PAIN FROM HER SURGERY! She realized that Crystal healing is extremely powerful  and cured her pain. She began looking into Energy healing as a results of this and those of her spiritual circle encouraging her to look into it as she was told she had “the healing touch”, she found Reiki. Long story short she began looking for courses to become a Reiki practitioner, she stumbles upon a Reiki Mater out of her hometown of San Diego, CA! She and this woman began talking and after hearing her story and passion for healing others she gifted the course for Reiki levels 1 and 2! Jeen was so excited as she couldn’t afford to pay for her course and was sadly struggling to do so. The experience of accepting Reiki levels 1 and 2 were very different. As described by Jeen “Reiki level 1 attunement  was a breeze in comparison to level 2! Level 1 I just got a little headache and it was over, whereas others in her class were really struggling and showing symptoms greater than mine, I didn’t think it was working on me lol. The came level 2! Smh level 2 was wonderful, beautiful, painful and terrifying! Afterwards I literally felt like GOLD WAS RUNNING THROUGH MY VAINS, the energy was both powerful and empowering….the energy was so beautifully strong. Then it sat in once I calmed down. I began to shake, my brain was hurting so badly I could barely see and my body was severely aching all over! I was so scared and my partner was too! He said “babe do I need to take you to the ER?” I replied with “AND TELL THEM WHAT?!? I was INFUSED WITH REIKI AND  NOW I DON’T KNOW WHATS HAPPENING! As I look back it was hilarious! But in the mist of it all…not so much. I called my Reiki master in a panic, I believe around 9:30pm and she reminded me that what I was experiencing was just life force energy detoxing my body and it began to make sense. The overall symptoms continued on and off for about 3 weeks and it’s been smooth ever since.” After the whole ordeal and learning how to adjust to the energy, Jeen began practicing immediately! And that’s how Intuitive Hands started, where she practices as an Energy Healer with Reiki, Sound and Vibrational Therapy! 

You see, this is what she means by how we are constantly evolving as we navigate through our spiritual journey and that’s why we never stop evolving. Once one obstacle and/or level of potential is reached and overcome, we learn new things about ourselves and unlock power. THIS NEVER STOPS! We are 

Enlightened beings and energy is transferable and everlasting, so we are working with more energy than just our own.

Now on to Soulfidence Home. It’s simple, Jeen is very crafty and finds peace and enjoyment in working with her hands and making things. Making home decor and home design In general is a passion of hers, so she realized she could make her own home decor…..why not turn it into a business too! She wanted to carry her love even her dependency of the healing energy and power of crystals into as many homes as possible! Every item is Reiki charged and every Crystal used is programmed with the intent compatible with its purpose and benefits. This is what set her apart from others, her passion to heal everyone in every way she can sharing her energy with the world
